Noah is 4 mos. old!

The official shot.

Then we turned on the light.

And Mike takes over the camera...

He's so happy!

Oops

Much better.

The weight of the world is on his shoulders. This kid's face is so expressive you know his exact mood.

Noah's been rolling all around. And today he officially rolled from his belly to his back. He's only gone from back to belly until today. His peach fuzz is growing in and seems dark. His eye color is to be determined. Right now it's sometimes blue, sometimes gray, light in the middle with a darker ring around the iris, but babies' eyes change all the time. It supposedly becomes more official between 9-12 mos, but even then... According to my parents I had blue eyes as an infant and now they're brown so who knows. Evan's coloring and features changed a lot between birth and 2 years. Then he looked like the Evan we know today. All we know is that Noah is super cute and that Mike and I make beautiful babies.

Speaking of gorgeous eyes. Brit's were once blue... now they're green, blue, sometimes gray, depending on what she's wearing. I think they're officially green. My dad's are the same color, but he calls them hazel.

Beautiful, beautiful sister. Check out those peepers!

That app alone is reason enough to buy an iphone.

Here she is hanging out. Nothing special here. But her Photoshop skills are remarkable (unless that's an app too).

Shouldn't you be working at work, Sister?

Noah meets Martha and Natalie...

for the first time! They were staying with the rest of their family in Cape May and decided to come and visit!

My mama stopped by too because she was having Evan/Noah withdrawal. Evan isn't wearing pants as he's chewing on Noah's foot.

MIMA AND POPO VISIT

Mima and Popo had some time off and visited us this week! One night we had Grandmom and Pop over for dinner too, and it was so nice to have a house that can accommodate everyone! Evan and Noah loved having everyone over at the same time, and loved Mima and Popo being here for so many days. And I have to say - Stephanie has stepped up her skills in entertaining company. You should have seen the dinners she was whipping up! Anyway, here are some pictures from the visit...

Concert on the Beach

My kids have the best life ever. We're surrounded by people who love us and Mike works so hard so that we're able to do stuff like this all the time. Here we are for an evening concert on the bay in Somers Point. Mike and I actually looked at a home a block away from this beach. A block from the bay, a playground, the bars, the restaurants. Unfortunately the house needed A LOT of work. In the meantime...

Noah takes a light snooze. He doesn't nap much when there's stuff going on. Evan would just pass out in his stroller. Not our Noah. He was back up in 5 minutes.

Evan mooches chocolate from Aunt Donna.

Evan with an entire Peanut Chew in his mouth.

Noah has a snack too.

Is that a fire truck?

Yes it is! And that hat Evan's wearing is partially melted - it's been in a few fires!

Noah's still not sleepy at 9:30.

Aunt Donna holds him. Then me, Noah, Evan, Olivia, Brittany and Aunt Donna walk out on the pier under the moonlight while Evan chants, "We're going to the pier! We're going to the pier! We're going to drink some beer! Ya?" When he said 'ya' he'd hold up his hands in an 'i dunno' way and put on a Swedish accent.

At Aunt Genie's Pool

Noah pulls this hat off nicely, don't you think?

LATEST ADDITION TO THE BACKYARD

North Wildwood recently auctioned off a few of their old lifeguard stands, and guess who was successful in his bid? Evan looks like a natural, no? He loves it - He says he feels brave, and can see everything when he is sitting up there. We already have him shouting "YOU - you are out too deep. MOVE IN!" I think this is going to be a great addition to our yard for years to come, especially when we get our pool!

Hey Mr. Postman...

Our awesome neighbors gave this uniform to Evan. He wears it out and loves it when people "confuse" him for a mail carrier.

Do you want to know how his lips stay so nice and shiny?

He eats chapstick!

Oh Evan, nooooo!

Noah's like, "What the...???"

NAVAL AIR STATION WILDWOOD

Last Sunday, we visited NAS Wildwood for a delicious breakfast at their restaurant The Flight Deck (Thank you, Grandmom and Pop!) and then took a tour of their aviation museum. NAS Wildwood was commissioned in 1943 and served as an active dive-bomber squadron training facility from 1943 - 1945. Today, it serves as an awesome place for family fun!

Take a good look at this picture - that is a thermonuclear weapon we are posing with!

One of the best things about this museum is that it's not like most museums - the kids are encouraged to get inside the aircraft, play with the controls, etc...! Here is Evan with the helicopter made famous on the M*A*S*H TV show!

Steph even got into it and dressed up like a real pilot for this shot. Doesnt' she look hot?!

The boys finished out the day with a little training from NASA, who is recruiting at a very early age these days. Evan and Noah will be the first brother team on the moon!
