Halloween Fun

This was taken when we went to the garden center down the street to get a pumpkin for our jack-o-lantern. Evan's wearing the sweatshirt Grandmom gave him and refused to take off the hood our picture.

We demanded he take it off. As you can see by his face.

And then we bribed him with candy to smile.

The main reason we make a jack-o-lantern is so I can toast the pumpkin seeds and eat them all in one night. None of my 3 strapping boys help me scoop out the pumpkin guts because it's "gross". So basically I do the whole thing myself. This year I carved it on my parents' kitchen floor while the storm raged outside. Evan puked during the process, kick starting his stomach virus.

Then we went trick-or-treating the Saturday before Halloween in Ocean City. The merchants all along Asbury Avenue gave out candy. The next day Hurricane Sandy hit OC...

The horrible zombie doctor with the bloody knife is Evan. Our little Shaun is wearing the penguin outfit his Aunt Kelly gave to Evan 5 years before. The adorable little pirate is NoNo.

Noah is getting tired. Wake up little boy, we have a haunted dinner at Menz tonight with Aunt Brittany, Grandmom, Pop, the Holdens and the Menchins!

One of the bakeries gave out cookies.

More Halloween to come! We go trick-or-treating yet again!

The Wedding!

Okay... I don't have many pictures. I'll snag some off my mom's camera soon and post them.

Notice the hat on my dad? Sarah's! He looks so cute, doesn't he?

Dad and Jen cut the rug.

So do Bob and Aunt Wanda.

Me and NoNo.

We did some site-seeing later in the week.

Noah and Evan raced up the look-out tower at the Shipwreck Museum in record time. Wreck A-Shore!!!!

The view

It was HOT. Shaun is in a milk coma in Daddy's arms.

Josh let my mom ride his rented scooter. His last words were, "Mary Ann, please stay in the Truman Annex." Well, she didn't. She was cruisin' down Duval Street! Then she put me on the back and we rode to the post office! You're awesome, Mommy.

I was taking a long time in the post office. And my mom came in to look for me. She said, "I thought you came outside and didn't see my motorcycle and thought I left!" Um, Mom, it's a scooter, not a motorcycle.

More wedding pictures soon, I promise!

The Night Before the Wedding...

We got all dressed up in gingham shirts to meet for dinner at Schooner's Wharf. Notice we're in the same house that we stayed at with Mike's parents and the Giffords a year and a half before?

Evan's wearing Sarah's hat, that turned into my dad's hat the night of the wedding.

Pay no attention to the man in the corner.

Our kids and Amelia party too.

These kids are so beautiful!

I LOVE this picture of Sarah. This is before she got all saucy.

Mr. Chris.

Bob, Jen & Ryan

Janice, Aunt Wanda & Baby Shaun.

Evan has one too many Nada-coladas.

Yikes! The room is spinning! I think it's all the red dye #40 in the cherries.

Uncle Larry gives his Kramer pose.

Aunt Donna and my wonderful Godmother.

Chris relaxes in the pool the next day.

Josh & Brittany's Wedding in Key West

You have never seen a more beautiful bride. Seriously, she was gorgeous. I have to go through my mom's pictures to get some of Josh and the back of Brittany's dress. I'm so bad at remembering to take photos... which is why I'm finally getting an iphone! I figure if I have one device to handle communication and photography I'll be more likely to call people and take photos. Granted if the kids don't get a hold of it and destroy it. Anyway, here's our Brittany with Mom then Dad. These pictures don't do her justice...

Getting there...

Shaunie's first plane ride! And his first trip to Key West. It's Noah's 2nd trip to KW. And Evan's fourth. Plus Evan's been to Orlando twice and San Antonio, Texas. The Cronin boys are good little travelers.

We were driving down Rt. 1 and discovered the Gagliones were driving behind us! So we all stopped for lunch at Robbie's in Islamorada.

More to come!
