Amelia's Birthday

Happy Birthday, little one!
This is going back to March when Amelia turned one! It was by far the best kid's birthday party I've ever been too. Poor little Noah was sick and had to stay home with Daddy, but Evan, Brittany and I drove up with my dad. We were 15 minutes early and left an hour after everyone else. Amelia was like, "uh... guys... The party's over now." Here are some adorable pictures of Amelia's Muppet-themed VERY FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! YAAAAYYYY! First ones to arrive - yeah!
There was a variety of all natural sodas... no sugar - just flavored with fruit juice and they were sooo tasty. Just ask Evan. And you can pick out a cute colored straw to drink it with. Behind Evan's head are whoopie pies. All natural whoopie pies flavored with mango and lemon and stuff! Amazing...
O God! The cupcakes! Can you believe it???
And poptarts on sticks!
The details were amazing... so Becky! Becky and Chris made the streamers and pom-poms.
And you could pose inside the Muppet Show sign! There was a bucket full of muppet props too! Pig nose, Kermit eyes...
And there was face painting. Logan and Evan model their doggie and spider respectively.
And look at Amelia's Muppet headband!
Amelia loved the attention. During the Happy Birthday song. She would look all around at the singing crowd, smile and clap her hands - she was thrilled!
And the cake... No it's not a box cake. Becky and Janice made a homemade all-natural layer cake. Each layer was colored with fruit... I think the green was kiwi. The only artificial stuff on the cake were the sprinkles. And it was DELICIOUS. Janice and Becky are amazing.
Me, Becky and Brittany.
So now the party's over and Evan steals the balloons. He's literally "wearing" them, running up and down the restaurant.
Then he makes out with the birthday girl.
Becky, I want something equally amazing for my 35th. Thanks, you're the best!
